Trivia[]
- According to the tickets this map is set in 1892.
- This is the first map to feature junctions, or cities with no names, implying a lack of major cities in the area. The one in North-Eastern India could be approximated as Tinsukia, or Bengmara at the time, an old capital to which a railway was built in 1882.
- Laos at the time was united with Vietnam as French Indochina. However, on this map it appears to be united with Thailand. Mongolia also appears independent when it should not, for it was controlled by Qing China.
